

RSRV Blanc de Blancs 2015 is made exclusively from Chardonnay harvested in Cramant – the “chalk mount” – on the Côte des Blancs, in particular from historic plots acquired by Maison Mumm in 1882. This Grand Cru terroir has perfect climate conditions and a chalky soil, adding a touch of minerality to the delicate Chardonnay. After a minimum of three years aging in cellars, and a minimal dosage of six grams per liter, this 100% Grand Cru vintage, produced in limited quantities, is ready to be tasted. Following an exceptionally warm and dry start to the summer in 2015, the harvest began early, as the rain returned at the end of August.
