On the palate, Cristal 2002 is broad and caresses the palate with its unctuousness. This champagne reveals fragrances of riped fruits accompanied by quaffing notes of caramel, viennoiserie and white chocolate. The whole is completed by freshness on a nice bitterness, giving to the wine an exquisite crunchy sensation.
