Glenmorangie's Rare Cask #0009 was housed in the quiet and cosy part of warehouse 32. Within a secret cask selection slumbered a whisky that was distilled on 06 July 1999. There the Glenmorangie stayed for 17 years before it was transferred to a former bourbon cask, which was to strengthen the already established notes. Another four years gave the Rare Cask Whisky a unique complexity, which is skilfully underlined by a tropical sweetness.
