Attractive pink colour with hints of copper. Fine, regular effervescence. An immediate bouquet of wild berries (wild strawberries and raspberries) and citrus fruit (blood orange), with a few tangy, powdery notes reminiscent of petals (rose macaroons). On aeration, the citrus notes give way to iodine and chocolate nuances with a few spicy and resinous (cedar) touches. The palate is caressing, delicious, delicate and elegant. The silky texture gently evaporates, leaving a cloud of delicate, slightly spicy aromas.
